These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of optimalwindows.com, operated by Optimal Windows LLC (“Optimal Windows,” “we,” “us”). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Website Information
The content on this website is for general information about windows, doors and our services. Product details, glass ratings, energy savings figures and price ranges are general estimates and examples. They are not a quote and may change without notice. Your actual price, products and results depend on your home and are set out in your itemized proposal.
Pricing Estimates and Proposals
Any price shown on this website, including our pricing estimator, is an estimate only. A final price requires an in-home consultation and measurements. Your itemized proposal lists the products, quantities and price for your project. An itemized proposal is valid for the period stated on it.
Your Project Agreement Comes First
Every installation is covered by a written agreement that you sign before work begins. That agreement sets out payment terms, deposits, scheduling, warranty and other project details. If anything on this website conflicts with your signed agreement, your signed agreement controls.
Warranties
Windows and doors are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which is provided by the manufacturer and not by Optimal Windows. Our installation work is backed by our separate 3-year workmanship warranty, as described in your signed agreement. Nothing on this website creates any additional warranty.
Scheduling
Installation dates depend on product lead times from the manufacturer, weather and site conditions. We will keep you updated, but we are not responsible for delays outside our control.
Existing Home Conditions
We can only evaluate what is visible during your in-home consultation. Hidden conditions, such as rotted framing, water damage or out-of-square openings, may be found once old windows are removed. If that happens, we will explain what we found and any added cost before doing more work.
Homeowner Responsibilities
You are responsible for any HOA approvals and for giving us clear access to the work areas on installation day.
Communications
By submitting a form, calling, texting or emailing us, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text or email about your request and project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop text messages at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website. This includes trying to break its security, sending spam through our forms, or copying our content for commercial use without permission.
Intellectual Property
The text, photos, logos and design of this website belong to Optimal Windows or are used with permission. Brand names such as Burris, TectView, Pella and Cardinal belong to their owners and are used only to describe the products we install.
Third-Party Links
This website may link to manufacturer websites, review sites and other third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
Limitation of Liability
This website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Optimal Windows is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages from your use of this website or reliance on its content. This does not limit any rights you have under your signed project agreement or Texas law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they were last changed.
